Booked, Blessed & Busy

Since March 2026, life has been moving in a way that only God could orchestrate, and whew.... When I say He has been WORKING!!!! I mean nonstop.

Since releasing my book, I've had the incredible honor of winning an award through Christ Lit Book Awards. I officially received my sales tax certificate, which means your girl is now an official vendor and can step outside these online streets and into the marketplace in person. I've already booked two outdoor Artisan Market Events, May 10th in Kissimmee and May 30th in Lakeland, and I am beyond excited. I am praying for great weather, great sales, and edges that survive this Florida heat lol. Another major blessing, my book has been accepted into the Indie department of Florida Public Libraries. That means libraries across Florida can now include my book in their inventory. And because God clearly believed in keeping me busy, I've also finalized the cover art for my second book, Faithful Journeys: Pieces of Her which is the continuation (part 2) of Faithful Journeys: Sisterhood, Love, and Restoration. I am in the final proof-reading stages, and if all goes as planned, it will be available July 2026.

Beyond writing, ministry is still at the heart of everything I do. From Kingdom work with my church, doing social media content, and teaching children's church. Got the opportunity this past Saturday to take my ministry kids on their first field trip (funded by their own snack store hustle). Now, me and Shakira are currently in the process of doing major upgrades to our classroom. It is being remodeled with fresh paint and new furniture. God has truly been stretching and blessing. And let's not forget HEART 5:30 a.m. phone prayer calls. Listen, as much as I love Jesus, waking up that early is such a sacrifice because mama love to sleep. But they say obedience over comfort, right?

Through every opportunity, every assignment, every answered prayer, and every early morning, I'm seeing firsthand that when God calls you, He also makes room for it all.

I'm tired sometimes but fulfilled. Busy but blessed. Stretching but still smiling.
